1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the EasyWay apps and website. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What EasyWay is

EasyWay is a marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors (restaurants, laundries, print shops and stores) and delivery riders and ride providers in Abuja, Nigeria. Vendors prepare your orders; riders deliver them and provide rides. EasyWay operates the platform, payments flow and support between everyone.

3. Your account

  • You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission, and they agree to these terms for you.
  • On EasyRide and Share, passengers under 18 must ride with an adult responsible for them.
  • Vendors, delivery riders and ride providers must be 18 or older.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials to yourself.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Service providers (riders and ride providers) must complete identity verification, NIN and a live face check, before serving customers.

4. Orders and prices

  • The full price of an order, items, options, fees and delivery, is shown before you place it.
  • The total you approve at checkout is locked for that order; if a vendor's pricing changes while you shop, the app asks you to review before you can place the order.
  • Ride fares are shown before you book and are paid on arrival at your destination.

5. Cancellations and issues

  • Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its status, once a vendor has started preparing or a rider has collected it, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If something arrives wrong, damaged or not at all, contact support promptly through the app, by email or WhatsApp; every delivery has a tracked, confirmed trail we can review.

6. Acceptable use

  • No illegal, dangerous or prohibited items may be sent through package delivery.
  • No abusive conduct toward vendors, riders or staff.
  • No attempts to defraud, manipulate pricing, or interfere with the platform.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Vendors and riders

Vendors and riders operate as independent businesses and agree to their own partner terms with EasyWay. EasyWay verifies provider identities and operates the platform in good faith, but vendors remain responsible for the goods they produce and sell.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EasyWay's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law and contact
